Crest P-Series Ultrasonics industrial bench top cleaners

Crest has brought the superior performance of full-wave industrial 45kHz transducers to the Tru-Sweep line of bench top cleaners. There are seven models available from .5 gallon up to 7.5 gallon, all units are constructed with stainless steel tank and outer skirts. What's more, all units are supplied with  Heater and Digital timers with Hold or 0-99 minutes. Fully digital D-units are supplied with power level control, degas and the heaters are thermostatically controlled.

2 Different versions available: 

• H - Digital Timer w/hold and Heater
• D - Digital Timer, Heater, Degas, Temperature monitor and power level control.

Genesis & CG Generators:

• Constant High-Power Output and Sweep

Frequency designed to generate

consistent cavitation intensity. Exclusive

Tru-sweep feature ensures uniform

cleaning throughout the tank by sweeping

the generator frequency.±1 kHz, creating

overlapping ultrasonic waves. That

eliminates the risk of  hot spots and dead

zones caused by the unvarying, or

standing, waves produced by

conventional generators. Full 2-year

warranty on generators.

Crest Industrial tanks:

• Crest tanks are fabricated of bright annealed

stainless steel, a highly erosion resistant

material. In addition, Crest tanks

are welded inside and out, for long-term

stability and sturdy performance. 10-year

warranty on transducers and 1-year on

tanks. Available with heaters and standard frequencies of 40kHz and 25kHz.

Higher frequencies are also available.

Crest Industrial Transducers:

• Multiple Frequencies are achieved

through a unique double stack design. By

energizing both transducers at once,

dissonance is created and many

frequencies are produced at the same

time. Crest transducer stacks are bonded

through a special process for more

durability.

• Crest transducers are also available in

the form of Immersibles. Immersibles are

fully sealed so that they can be inserted

into an existing tank to convert it into an

ultrasonic cleaning system.
